WHY BLUE COLLAR TALENT SCOUTS?


Blue Collar Talent Scouts was the result of Dan’s and Wood’s recognition that all too often the skilled trades benefit either the contractor or technician at the expense of the other. Why not help change that dynamic - and make it mutually beneficial for both?  Both the contractor and the technician love the trades - but face challenges in recruiting and job placement. Why not help both meet to develop mutually beneficial relations - and partnerships.

Blue Collar Talent Scouts kicked off with the goal of helping improve recruiting and retention by focusing on ways the Trades Person and the Contractor can work as a stronger team. 


It’s our conviction that there is honor in practicing a trade that everyone needs, many overlook (and benefit from every day), and that can’t be replaced or outsourced in our lifetimes.

 

Focused on the MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) workspace, BCTS seeks to match great HVAC Techs, Plumbers, Electricians and Mechanics to the right job to help them develop and reach their career goals.
